At Bloom Perfumery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If a scent is not the right fit, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  • 2.
    Secure Your Package

    Carefully pack the item in its original, unopened cellophane wrapping and shipping box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  • 3.
    Affix Shipping Label

    Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any old labels are fully covered.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
